Travel Relations LLC is currently seeking a Client Success Manager for it's data-driven B2B travel technology and media platforms, taCONNECT and InsiderTravelReport.com (ITR). The Client Success Manager role is an integration of Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Training and Support. The position will be a team member for a dedicate Senior Director of Sales. 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Customer portfolio development, retention and expansion

  • Support clients/users

  • Deliver product trainings to users (online)

  • Chase down assets (databases, email and banner creatives, travel offers, etc)

  • Upselling opportunities available


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
 

  • Well organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Communication skills (oral and written), presentation skills, interpersonal skills

  • Online sales skills a plus

  • Proficiency in Excel as well as Salesforce.com or other contact management software

  • Knowledge of HTML Editors a plus.

  • Prior experience in travel services and general knowledge of the travel industry a plus

  • Knowledge of online advertising a plus

  • Customer satisfaction-driven

  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks successfully

  • Collaboration with team members is critical

  • Self-discipline, good judgment, driven


Related work Experience:
 

  • Digital, online support and/or sales experience and demonstrated success

 
Formal Education or Equivalent:

 

  • College degree required
